Left at 11 arrived at 11 45.  We had decided yesterday to stay where we were for the morning and move to Brood about lunch time so that we would get a mooring, this is a very busy bit of water.  Derek did yet more adaptations to his gear at the back, cut a hole in the cover for the generator so the tap( greaser handle he has informed me)  could stick out and the door would shut properly???  We hoovered all round and mopped inside the boat.  When we arrived there was plenty of space for us and after rescuing a little boys ball from the canal and a bite of lunch we went to town, got a bit of shopping , I got some plants from outside a lovely house which has them displayed with prices and bags to carry them in and a little slot in the very old door with a honesty box behind the opening.  I got plants from here before and they are still going well at home, they are really cheap and I got 8 plants for £4, bargain or what.  We walked to the town centre, the shops were shut, so walked down a different road back to the canal, the houses there were lovely, some were painted white with black beams and all the gardens and hanging baskets very splendid, its a very pretty place.  We are off to the pub for tea.
